Current helmets and liners lack systematic protection against blast-induced traumatic brain injury. Mjolner's MK1 and MK4 ISS architectures address this gap at the material and system level.
Legacy PPE is insufficient against FPV-delivered munitions. Operators need next-generation protection specifically designed for this emerging threat profile.
Frequent part replacements and maintenance cycles degrade fleet availability while compounding logistical burden. As threats evolve — higher intensity, higher precision, and increasingly sophisticated electronic warfare — armour must modernise to remain effective.
